AVIDA Group is an independent private equity management group headquartered in Düsseldorf with offices and fund groups in Berlin, Hanover, Appenzell and Paris. Currently six pan-European private equity fund groups with aggregate equity commitments amounting to more than half a billion Euro are managed and supported under the umbrella of AVIDA Group. These commitments primarily come from more than 40 institutional investors. AVIDA Group´s strategy is based on three pillars:

Direct Investments

The direct investment focus of AVIDA Group´s various fund vehicles stretches from later stage venture capital investments in sectors like T.I.M.E.S., Life Sciences, physical sciences / applied technologies to mid-cap buyouts of established companies in all sectors.

Secondary Investments

As a secondary investor AVIDA Group acquires selected venture capital and midcap-market portfolios or LP stakes in the framework of secondary transactions and takes responsibility for the fund management on request.

Fund Investments

In the framework of Managed Accounts AVIDA Group invests into selected venture capital- and private equity-funds worldwide and enables institutional investors to gain access to private equity and scalable develop their own private equity activities.
